If you are the operator of a large combustion plant, gas turbine or internal combustion engine plant, you must determine, record and analyse its pollutant emissions on an ongoing basis by means of continuous measurements.

You must prepare a measurement report on the results of the continuous measurements every calendar year and submit it to the responsible immission control authority.

Prerequisite

You are the operator of a large combustion, gas turbine or internal combustion engine plant in accordance with the 13th BImSchV.

Procedure

You analyse the continuous measurements of each calendar year.
You prepare a measurement report on the results.
You send the measurement report to the immission control authority responsible for you by the deadline.

Deadlines

You must submit the measurement report for each calendar year to the responsible immission control authority by 31 March of the following year at the latest.
You must keep the measurement report and the records of the measuring devices for at least 5 years after the end of the respective reporting period.
